Many thanks, Sunrise Sister! Minnesota was cold but (and!) beautiful, and we had a wonderful trip. Maui for a month! Sounds wondrous. Safe travels and many blessings to you as you soak up that landscape.

I was in Washington, Va., before Christmas and went into a shop there, one where I always stop when I'm in the area. In the window was a glass etching of St. Brigid's cross, accompanied by a card explaining who St. Brigid was. I purchased it for my son, because of the connection to healing (he practices healing arts). Now, after reading your post, I know just how special that purchase was.

Never, never disappointed reading your words, Jan. Your artwork - the same, always refreshing and original with your unique touch. Lovely post and art - may the temperature be above 4 degrees this week in Minnesota. We are bailing out of WA State and heading for what we're hoping is sunny, warm Maui for a month.
